personally go through your assessment with you during a scheduled feedback
session. We advise you on fitness and diet regimes, if necessary.
Follow-up consultations may be required. These could include consultations
with your general practitioner or specialist consultant, physical monitoring,
further blood tests, or individual lifestyle counselling. To ensure your
health for the future, we follow trends in your health over time and
recommend annual re-assessment.
